We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with a balcony, working desk and chair, a sofa and a huge bathroom. The hotel staff were attentive and nice, and we appreciated the Molton Brown bath products. We also enjoyed the comfortable rooms with good views, and the affordable price compared to other hotels in the city.
Cannot find any fault. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting this city.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of options to choose from. we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to this city.
We did experience some minor issues during our stay. One of the towels in our room was slightly stained and the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times.

From the exclusive amenities in our room, to the top, notch service we received, everything was perfect. the Barbeque grills and the Spa centre added a touch of exclusivity to our stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top, notch in terms of quality and taste, not to mention the private facilities, which were impeccable.
The only minor downside was the noise level.

Our hotel is located in a prime location, with comfortable and well-lit rooms that offer scenic views of the city. the rooms are furnished with high-quality amenities and the housekeeping staff keeps them impeccably clean. You can enjoy room service, and our technical staff is always on hand to provide assistance. the hotel provides a good value for money, with affordable rates and excellent facilities.
The hotel can be difficult to navigate and finding some rooms can be troublesome.

The hotel has great room service and the staff were friendly. the location was convenient, close to tourist attractions and shopping centers. the pool was enjoyable and a perfect place to hang out on hot days.
We did not receive the room we requested and they were very dismissive when we raised our concerns. the hallway to the room was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep.
